Paint base coat.

For this tutorial, the base coat will be a dark blue. 

Add red stripe.

Using a nail pen, nail brush, toothpick, or whatever tool your comfortable with, paint a red horizontal stripe along the left side of the nail. 

Add white stripe. 

Using a nail pen, nail brush, toothpick, or whatever tool your comfortable with, add a white stripe next to the red one. 

Add "ny"

Paint and "ny" along the red and white lines. 

Add clear top coat.

This will add shine to your nails and keep them from chipping.
